Who We Are

Aitken Professional Tiling Solutions is a tiling business in Cumbernauld. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What We Collect

If you use the estimate form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and any photos you choose to send. You may also tell us about the job.

If you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send.

Why We Collect It

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and price the work. We do not sell them.

You asked us for an estimate. That is the reason we are allowed to use these details. We need your name, email address, phone number and address to reply. If you do not send them, we cannot price the job.

Where It Is Stored

The website does not keep a copy of your form. The form is emailed to us. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and Cloudflare sends that email.

If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta handles that chat.

Cloudflare and WhatsApp can process these messages outside the UK.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your details indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your details. You can ask us to correct them or delete them. You can ask us to limit how we use them, or object to that use.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
